Sally's fabulous Italian Biscotti’s!

On October 1st 2022, Brent and Sally McFarland decided to start selling Sally's fabulous Italian Biscotti's at local farmers markets. Normally Italian Biscotti's are twice baked and Sally did not like them hard, as the flavors were cooked out during the second bake. Sally started using a specific European flour blend that she found made a better Biscotti, sourced all other ingredients making sure they were GMO free for a healthier product. She decided to bring it to market by selling it as a product that can be dunked and eaten as is or like breads and bagels, can be put in the toaster oven to put a little crunch on it while keeping the inside flavors fresh and tasty. Once introduced into the local farmers markets in the surrounding areas, the Biscotti's were a hit, and sold extremely well. One of the biggest factors in the sales were that Sally's recipes were generations old, and consistency being key here, was spot on. We offer Gluten Free options during the high seasons of the markets but can be pre ordered for pick up at any market and save 10%.

Sally bakes fresh the night before all Farmers Markets, and her husband Brent (The Biscotti Guy) gets up early, cuts the pies up, boxes them up and takes them to market. Sally's Delectable's are now shipped nationally as tourists that have visited the markets, have called and emailed in orders. Our products are not only recognized as a breakfast item, but can be paired with beer, wine, and after dinner with a nice Reisling. All chocolate and expresso Biscotti's pair great with red wines, all fruit Biscotti's pair with white wines, and all Pistachio and Gingerbread pair nicely with Vanilla porter, Stout, Dunkel, and Swartzbier dark beers. We see our Biscotti's as a daily snack for all occasion, as they are a hit at most events, and private parties.
