On October 1st 2022, Brent and Sally McFarland decided to start selling Sally's fabulous Italian Biscotti's at local farmers markets.  Normally Italian Biscotti's are twice baked and Sally did not like them hard, as the flavors were cooked out during the second bake. Sally started using a specific flour blend that she found made a better Biscotti,  decided to bring it to market by selling it as a product that can be dunked and eaten as is or like breads and bagels, can be put in the toaster oven to put a little crunch on it while keeping the inside flavors fresh and tasty. Once introduced into the local farmers markets in the surrounding areas, the Biscotti's were a hit, and sold extremely well.  One of the biggest factors in the sales were that Sally's recipes were generations old, and consistency being key here, was spot on. We offer Gluten Free options during the high seasons of the markets but can be pre ordered for pick up at any market
